Is a GP referral required ?
It is not necessary to have a GP referral for physiotherapy . Please just give us a call on 07906260391 or send us an email to email@example.com to book an appointment.
Do I need to wear certain clothing ?
We will need to assess your movements so we do ask for you to wear loose fitting clothing or appropriate clothing for the area that is to be treated eg for knee problem shorts would be ideal. Should you wish to you can change into these at the clinic if you are coming straight to your appointment from work.
How do I pay ?
If you are able to pay by card that is preferable please however we do accept cash . If you are using your private healthcare insurance then as long as we have your authorisation or claim number we are able to invoice the insurers for payment to cover your treatment . Receipt of payment can be provided if required .
We ask that you check with your healthcare insurers before you attend for treatment whether you need to pay an excess on your treatment plan . You will be expected to pay this directly to the physiotherapist .If you are unsure please discuss with your physiotherapist and we will try and find out from the insurers on your behalf.
How to cancel and appointment ?
We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment failure to do so will incur cost of the treatment however discretion will be given under certain unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us on 07906260391 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
